[TechAssist] ZENITH 9-517 poor audio on some channnels

Zenith 9-517 poor audio on some channels, ch 7 , 15 . Tried a tuner and
tweaked audio take off coil. Band is set to CATV and not HRC ICC etc.
Any ideas ?
