What operating system are you using? Try re-installing the DLL file,
maybe it's corrupt.

I thought I would put this to the list since AOL is of no help. 

 My computer freezes up when I try to visit NESDA Ohio's website. It is 
triggered by a popover from IWAYNET.NET. I have to break the online
connection and 
re-sign on. I get the following error message:
