Hi Ed
I appreciate your help  very much,but I can see how to get the chassis in a 
service position,with the understanding that I have to service the TV in 
their home.
I only will work on it if I can take the lightbox out and take it to the 
shop
But that is something I am still not sure of.
Please let me know if it has one
