[TechAssist] Toshiba projo model 50a61 chassi tac0171 low audio

Working on this Toshiba projo for low sound. Thought this had Sony sound
module in it, but it doesn't. I think maybe the output IC is bad. It is a
ta8216h. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks, Avery
