[TechAssist] Toshiba model TZ50V51, red pix in upper right quadrant looks folded over

Convergence output amps have been replaced and service menu adjustments
seem to work correctly, also the red yoke has been replaced but problem
remains. Suspecting the digital convergence board since all other
components check ok. Anyone seen this?
