I sent an email to Toshiba requesting access to that site, here is the
answer:
Jim,
I appreciate your interest in Toshiba's service web site. At this time,
there are two options for you to gain access to this information.
Become authorized with Toshiba. To explore this avenue, you can let me
know or contact Paul Nunes, my Field Service Engineer for your area.
Paul can determine if we need additional service resources in Ft Wayne.
I have included Paul's contact info below.
Be a NESDA member. Toshiba provides access to our web site for NESDA
members via their web site, www.nesda.com. Toshiba is a strong
supporter of NESDA and we provide support to their members as if they
are our own. If you are not a member, I suggest you drop by their site
or give one of their regional directors a call. Good organization, good
people.
