[TechAssist] Toshiba Projo 57HDX82 Low brillance and has error code in self diagnosis mode

Still doing battle with this Toshiba 57HDX82 with poor pix that seems to
have lost its brilliance. I have replaced the Hybrid regulator and
flyback but little or no change. In service mode if I go to self
diagnosis, the last line says err 03. Would anyone have the error codes
for this set. For some reason there are no error codes in the PDF I
downloaded from techassist. Also on the protection circuit line of self
diagnosis the code is 001 instead of 000. Please any Toshiba tech that
can shine some light on this would be greatly appreciated. All B+'s are
normal.Thanks for your help.
