Toshiba model CX3285A, Chassis TAC9043. No SAMS. 1991 TV. Vert. stretched
at top 1/2 of pic. Surmise it is a capacitor in vert circuit. Any help here
or could someone send diagram of TV or vert. circuit? Also, does anyone know
the part number for this remote?
