[TechAssist] Toshiba Model # CF2647 need print

Does anyone have a print or a tip for video streaking when writing comes on
the screen? I changed all the power supply caps and all the caps around the
regulators but I still have it. I would think it is a power supply in the
video section but I have no print. Yes I changed the 200V cap too. Thanks.
