[TechAssist] Toshiba MW24FM1 audio problem

Customer said that this 2003 TV/DVD/VCR did not always have audio on channel
7 cable only. Switch channels back and forth and maybe the channel 7 audio
would come in. Audio is fine on all the other channels.
Our cable signal is a little weak, awaiting cable co. service, and we dont
get any audio on channel 7 on this unit no matter what we do. Other tvs work
ok on our weak cable signal except for the noisy picture.
