I agree with Jim,of all the lcd projectors I have serviced,fans are the most
common failure.
Sometimes the units will appear to work ok when brought in,but if you tilt
the unit in different directions you may hear the bearring noises.These are
full of thermal cuttoffs and will overheat quickly.
