[TechAssist] Toshiba CX3586A Need Service manual or SAMS #

Anyone have the sams # for this set?
have a problem with B+ too low/ Is at 120. set dos not turn
on. Power and menue light are on at plug in but st will not
power up. Replaced primary regulator SRTS6501 and found one
cap in secondayr open with No help. Anyone have any info on
this??
