Check where screen and filament connect to crt board i had one that tried=
to
send me to the bar down the street and it was a matter of moving filament
wires to back of crt board and soldeering them directly to board fixed my
problem same exact symptoms you have might be same i hope this does it fo=

Toshiba starts out with normal picture and gradually goes darker.=0D
can only find the 5VDC out of the micro fluctuates from 3.9 VDC=0D
to 4.5 VDC never a full 5 VDC,=0D
