[TechAssist] Toshiba CF3063K Half a pincushion, bow on right side only.

Toshiba CF3063K Half a pincushion bow on right side only. This is for another
tech. He said set came in dead. Changed main voltage regulator and a 22uf 50V
cap in power supply. Set fired up but picture is bowed on the right side. Any
one have any info on this problem or have seen it befor? Thanks
