[TechAssist] Toshiba 50" PTV TP50H15

Have a Toshiba 50" PTV that had lightning strike and it has "good" OSD and
"good" audio (audio ONLY good thru A/V inputs) (no audio is heard thru the
cable TV input, There is no video showing either through the tuner or the
Audio/Video inputs. I'll get audio from a VCR input (using either ch. 3 or
A/V inputs) but no picture. If the Closed Caption is turned on from the tv
menu, you can see some of the captioning lettering at the bottom but it is
very dark and rolling vertically and horzonitally (out of sync) but you can
SEE the captioning coming off the VCR video, just the picture is so dark you
can not see it. Anyone ran into this?
