[TechAssist] Toshiba 36A42 TAC0246 immediate shutdown

Hi Guys, this 36A42 is dead, you can hear the HV come up momentarily and then
shut down, builds voltage
on HOT which is not shorted, I do not have the manual and it`s available on CD
rom only according to
Tritronics webpage, I can`t service it in the home this way and really don`t
want to have to pull this monster
to the shop, I pulled several higher voltage caps while I was there all checked
good on sencore, any tips
