It measure 4.8V all the time Al, I suspect the micro, but I don't want
to replace it yet, I thought maybe somebody there faced this problem

Hi, I'm working with this toshiba that respond to the remote control and
touch panel buttons for an hour or less, after that, you have even to
unplug the set to turn it off. Then, waiting for awhile to plug it back,
the cycle is repeated.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
