As near as I can tell the eeproms are in the DM2
module and it is considered replaceable, but not
repairable.
They also have what they call a Back End Processor.
This plug in module processes(and stores) 15
different things.
I tried swapping them byt it made No difference.
One thomson tech support person told me thatthe
main board and the BEP were "married" and could not
be swapped.
Another thomson tech support person told me that
they were NOT, and were swapped all the time.
If you want my ATC311's come get 'em.
I need to get on with my life.
