Gary, Robert is correct. You will have an open thermal fuse. To replace these is relatively simple. I use a SK876, available from Andrews/Tritronics for a couple of bucks. DONT be tempted just to bridge the terminals or use a standard fuse in its place. With the price of the thermals there is no excuse to take a chance like that.
