Hi all,

I have a TV Panasonic PC-20T49R with bad voltage regulation.
the brighter the image gets the more I see the retrace lines and the video
looses h-size, PIN and quality. My B+ varies up to 10V. I replaced
capacitors in the power supply and on the B+ line and nothing. When I
isolate the HT, still varies.

I suspecting the PS regulator STR 30130.
Am I suspecting the right thing. I do not have this part stock and don't
want to buy it for nothing.
Or should I be looking in the secondary of the PS.

Any help appreciated.
