[TechAssist] TOSHIBA CF 3062A CHASSIS # 9150 Vertical Problem

Hi everyone
This tv has a vertical problem. On the lower part ( about 4" ) Shows nothing on
the screen and then from that point video compressed. Then as it goes towards
the top of the screen the vedeo become stretched out.I changed a couple of
capacitors in vertical section it did not help. Any idea ?
