[TechAssist] TIP: Pioneer SD-P4562 intr shutdown

Set came in with intermittent shutdown, found set would shut down with high
white in video or maybe after 20 min with no signal applied.resistor R253 in
the overvoltage protect ckt was found open. replace with 1/2 watt 120K
solved the problem.
