[TechAssist] Sylvania TV/VCR model 3925LC

This Funai-made unit came in dead after storm. Tries to start, but
quickly shuts off (relay clicks). Does develop high voltage during the
brief time it is on. Push power button, the cycle repeats.
This unit looks like a Philips CCZ254, but the differences make it
impossible to use that manual.
Anyone have anything on this. I have nothing at all on it.
