I don't mean to sound negative on this stuff..
But those are the facts.
But as I said...some can make this their "bread and butter"..get your 
estimate charge..pull the cover. Have a look.

If it's not obvious...replace the cover. Label it.

Wal-Mart has a funny disclaimer on their Flyer Price here in Canada...for 
some reason they add ..
"Environmental Charge may apply in some areas"

Is this...if it needs to go into the Landfill, someone need to make some 
more money?

If we can't make it "producing" it...let's make it on "disposal"..
