Peggs,
As far as I know, you can't.
I have one here for $10 plus shipping, or I can lend it to you for the cost of
shipping...
Of course, it would be easier if the customer brought theirs in...

Subject: [TechAssist] Sylvania SRTD319 TV/DVD Combo

Is stuck in spanish and needs to be autoprogrammed.
Customer said her remote wouldn't work(which she didn't bring in).
could be simple batteries or parental lock.

When it has been unplugged, unit comes on with the Language and
Auto-Preset like the older TV/VCR units.
Power off/power back on and you can change channels and play DVDs.
Anyway,these old TV/VCR combo's were easy.The Fast Forward button
and Play button could be used to Remedy the Language and Autoprogram.
But there must be a combination of buttons,or the remote may be needed
to adjust this TV/DVD combo's Language and Autoprogram.

There is no Menu button on the front of the unit.
Power/Channel up-down/Volume up-down
Stop/skip-rewind/Play/skip-forward/Pause/Open-Close
are the buttons.

Anybody know how to change Language and Autoprogram with the front
panel buttons ???
