Those subs appear to be correct according to the general web consisus.
Sanken lists both products unfortunatly they do not have a data sheet on
line for verifiction MN&MP are listed as custom products and the 2sB&2sd are
listed as discontinued but that doesn't mean that the distubtors won't have
them. I believe that they are darlinton transistors which having higher gain
require less driver circutry. But if you try traditional outputs they may
not work, or they will work but severlery overheat or just blow up.
