Check the connectors of the capstan.
Check the AC head.

Capstan runs too fast in all speeds. Have cleaned A/C head. Figure it must be
in the FG circuit somewhere.
No print on this to locate test points. Looks like may need special cables to
run mechanism when separated
from board. Appreciate any help. Paul
