[TechAssist] Sony SLV620HF Video Bounces

Model : SLV620HF
FCC # : AK8SLV620HF
Problem : Customer brought unit in stating tape playback problems. During
playback , the picture will distort a bit & bounce / jitter. Also , in
tuner mode...when you change the channels , the image bounces as the station
locks in.
It seems that these problems may be linked.
Has anyone seen this problem on this model before?
