Sync is processed in the jungle , IC355 p/n 8-752-098-79, CXA2131CS. Video
input is pin 9, 3.58 osc is pin 47, VCC 9 volts at pins 33 and 44, ground is
pin 10. If all that checks out the IC is probably bad.
