[TechAssist] Sony KV46V15 PTV: shuts down at power on,conv. fuses OK,before had side distortion

The customer said it was a bit narrow at sides and distorted,now just
shuts down at turn on. The convergence board looks like it had the STK's
replaced at one time.The 3.15a converg. fuses are OK. Should I just
replace the stk4278's and see?Any histories on this model?
New one to me.
