[TechAssist] Sony KV36HS500 Line on 1080i only

Customer has a Line or Bar sweeping from left to right only when set to 1080i.
Does it on component or DVI input. I have seen a few things on the forums about
changing a value from 0 to 1 then back to 0 again. Tried that, didn't work.
Saw something about the "B" board needing to be changed as well as a bunch of
values in the tech menu. Anyone done this or seen this before I order a $400.00
board ?
