[TechAssist] Sony KV36FS120 geometry problems?

Several of these were sold by a local Rent to Own. This customer plays
video games on it, so he is picky and sees any geometry issues. The tech
says it seems to be non linear vertically as well as horizontally.
Slightly narrow width as well.
Need some assist! Helping a local shop.
