Walter, I've seen the main filter cap cause this problem.(This was on
old sets though)  Sounds like it may be power supply related since time 
light blinks . However, sometimes that means the clock is not set .
Ususally seen on combo's though.

Set turns on.
Has 30kv high voltage.
Has filiments.
Turning up the screen control reveals a trepazoid
shaped reddish raster about half the size it should
be.
The timer light blinks constantly.
It used to be that a raster like this was dead
proof of a bad yoke.
Just wondered what opinions you all have about
this.
Does anyone have the part no. for the yoke?
