[TechAssist] Sony KV32FS100-"Sony initial setup" box keeps popping up

Hello
Customer called Sony and can't get an answer to this problem. The "initial
setup box" keeps appearing with the instructions in green that says"ch+ Auto
Prog/ch- exit".
I am going to get the service manual before I go to his house and I was
wondering if there was any known faults with this problem.
