Check and replace the following:
R607
R644
VDR 601,602 AND 603
R610 AND 609
C609,610,611 AND 612
AS WELL AS Q601/602 AND Q591 (HOUT)
The reason for the component short again is VDR's.
The resistors will be open and capacitors leaky.
This is what I found on 99.99% of the unit when
other service center having problems and they over
look these components.
