[TechAssist] Sony KV27TS35 SCC-E54H-A parts? need advice.

This is for the Sony experts. I am going to order Q601/602 and the HOT from
B&D. I checked all the other parts and don't see any bad. Is there anything
else that must be changed for this chassis? There is a .047 on the drive
transformer I know and the Electrolytic caps but after that anything?
Thanks, this is not Sony country.
Problem is HOT shorted and Regulator transistors shorted. Fuse blown.
