[TechAssist] Sony KV-27S22- Power led just blinks

Greeting,
This is for another shop: Sony KV27S22/ mfg-1997, when power is
turned on you can hear high voltage come up then shut down, the power led just
blinks continuously, has separate power supply board and all checks ok, also
H.O. transistor is ok, all connections on main board have been resoldered and
double checked H.O. driver transformer, does the power led blinking
continuously mean anything. TIA
