[TechAssist] Sony KV27FV300 power but no functions or channels or

This tv has no remote function. Cannot program
channels. If you hit menu and try to scan it won't
and goes back to channel 2 and won't scan. Replaced
D005 per one tip but no help. Do not have print so I
hope someone has seen this.
