[TechAssist] Sony KV2791R Shrunk all sides, sound but no video

Got this set from another shop where they couldn't figure it out, and to tell
the truth, I don't want to spend too much time with it either.(wife wants new
set, husband is leaning that way also) Would like to see if any tips pertaining
to this model and the problems listed in the header.
