[TechAssist] Sony KV20VS40 Reduced Vertical

Make : Sony
Model : KV20VS40 TV/VCR Combo ( Base model KV13VM40)
Problem : Reduced vertical deflection , missing a few inches on the top and
bottom
Problem occurs even with VSIZ maxxed out. Changed IC301 ( TA8403K) and
verified proper 26V B+ supply. Checked poly caps on the v drive line and
electrolytics.
Size does respond when adjusting the VSIZ but not enough to fill the screen.
Anyone encountered this on these Sony combos?
