[TechAssist] Sony KP-53hs10 Dead LED keep flashing chassis RA-4B ( SCC-P40A-A )

Hi Techs
This tv when plugged in make one click and then LED keep flashing . When
power botton pushed nothing happens, have to unplugg to reset the
proccessor. This is the first time I see this chassis. I need service
manual or tips for common failure on this one.
