These 4 resistors are connected to the HR RET of connector CN1612. The
other side feeds to IC1602, which is an STK392-010.

The picture went all green and R1635, R1636, R1638, and R1640 started to
burn. I found no shorts with the associated STK392-010, though. Is my
problem still in the STK's, or is there a problem somewhere else? TIA
