[TechAssist] Sony DVP-S560D DVD Player

I have a Sony DVP-S560D DVD player in for repair, and it came in with DVD
stuck in unit. Upon removal of DVD, now unit will load to fully loaded
position, and shut down. When you press open/close, unit just shuts down
again. Mechanism will not respond unless you manually open tray, then all
it does is close and shut down again. Any help would be appreciated!
