[TechAssist] Sony AV32XBR51 rising frequency sound from speakers chassis ANU1

Very different sort of problem. When cold a rising
frequency sound comes from speakers and the picture is
slightly distored and has many horizontal lines. As
set warms up frequency rises. once it goes out of
human hearing range the picture cleans up hor. lines
disapear and everything is perfect. Have tried using
freeze on horizontal linearity coil and on the
hor.driver transformer. Pretty much tried freeze on
all sectors trying to reproduce problem but problem
only happens when tv is off for a period of time.
