[TechAssist] Sharp DVD player DV740 keeps locking and skipping

While playing prerecorded boughten and rental DVDs
Sampo model SL-101H
DVD Loader
Have not worked on this unit before have three in with all same model and
same the same problem. Has anyone else run into this problem or service
