[TechAssist] Sharp 36JS400 goes into shutdown ,runs 2 sec.

Have to unplug to restart, unit does have vert sweep at yoke plug.Have
removed audio output IC, have b-boost 220vdc.
Using nin/max meter get 137.1 vdc for regulated b+ to HV.No print caps in
PS area esr good.Only stays on for two seconds, lowering AC input no
help.Any tips?tia
