[TechAssist] Sharp 32U-S60B need print

Looking on Sams 4660, Sharp 32U-S60, is no the same as 32U-S60B . Even
the jungle is a different one. On this set, (the 32U-S60B), when you
press power, the degauss rely click and that's all. no hi voltage chirp,
no shut down, seems like the H-VCC is no reaching the Tchip.
Help or the print, will be greatly appreciated.
