[TechAssist] Sharm model 32R-S400, need value for R707......................

which is off pin 1 of IC701, the STRF6626. We installed a 680R based on
tips for close model numbers but the supply just pulses on/off. With
R707 removed the set runs ok but squeals. Also have replaced STRF6625,
SE125N, D710, R705, D715 and a few caps.
