[TechAssist] Satellite receiver

We have a RCA DRD303ra satellite receiver which won,t change
channels...says "channel hold feature enabled ..can't change channels..
have tried unplugging overnight and resetting with no success.
didn't know it had a channel hold feature..it's not in any of the menus
anyone know how to correct the problem
