[TechAssist] Sanyo VWM-690 VCR need timing diagram

Anyone have a manual on this one. It came in with a broken cassette housing
and the gears appeared to be out of time. The markings appear to be
straightforward but I can't get it to work and would like to check our
assumptions about the alignment.
